Dear Sir or Madam,
we are delighted to inform you about the International Conference titled Tendencies in contemporary public administration: bodies, public tasks and legal forms of their performance that will be held from 13 to 14 October 2015 in Czestochowa, Poland. The Conference is being organized by employees of the Institute of Administration at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa, Poland.
The Conference's main objective will be to determine current trends in the development of public administration as viewed from the legislative and the dogmatic perspective.
Having considered the wide range of issues dealt with by administrative law scholars, we have selected three main research problems: the bodies, the public tasks and the legal forms of their performance, which will serve as a starting point for the discussion leading to de lege lata and de lege ferenda conclusions hopefully reached during the Conference. The subject of discussion would like to be the trends in public administration, of which the most important areas subject to analysis are:
• new organizational and legal forms in public administration,
• legal forms of public tasks,
• importance and impact of public tasks by private operators,
• the legal situation of the individual in contemporary public administration,
• the public interest and private interest in contemporary public administration and their legal protection,
• growing importance of the institution of human rights protection
• the impact of civil law to the public administration, public functions and their implementation,
• interpenetration of administrative law and civil law and the boundaries between these two branches of law,
• contemporary problems of public and private sector - the direction of changes in their mutual relations,
• importance and influence of legislators on the shape and function of modern public administration,
• the impact of European and international law on the shape and function of modern public administration.
We would like to invite to participate in the Conference: academics, practitioners, and those and those that take the subject of the Conference. The condition of participation in the Conference is to fill in the registration form which You can find on the Conference website (under "Registration") and pay the conference fee. The aftermath of discussion will be the publication of papers (scientific articles) in the form of scoring monographs conference proceedings. For publishing articles will be directed only to receive positive reviews.
Conditions of participation:
Conference fee is 350 zł. The fee includes: gala dinner (I day of the conference), coffee breaks, lunch (the second day of the conference), conference and post-conference publication.
The cost of publishing an article without participation in the conference is 180 zł.
The cost of participation in the conference without publication of the article is 100 zł. The fee includes: gala dinner (I day of the conference), coffee breaks, lunch (the second day of the conference) and conference materials.
The volume of paper, formatted in accordance with the requirements of the editorial (under "Downloads”) should be in the range of 20-22 thousand. characters (including spaces and footnotes). Please send a statement about the originality of the article on the address: Institute of Administration Jan Dlugosz University, ul. Zbierskiego 2/4, 42-200 Częstochowa with a note Statement - Trends in public administration. Statement is available for download on the website of the Conference (under "Downloads").
Application for participation in the Conference should be sent until 30th June 2015. The application form via located on the Conference website (under "Registration").

1. Conference details:
· standard conference fee is 350 zł. Within the conference fee the organizers provide: a festive dinner (1st day of the Conference), coffee breaks, lunch (2nd day of the Conference), conference materials and a post-conference publication (monograph).
· reduced conference fee (covering only the publication of the article, without participation in the Conference) is 180 zł.
· basic conference fee (covering only participation in the Conference, without publication of the article) is 100 zł.
· please be informed that the organizers of the Conference do not cover the costs of accommodation of the participants.
· please note that the conference fee is not refunded.
· the deadline for registration with paper submission is 30th June 2015. The registration should be made via registration form available on the website of the Conference (the “Registration” subpage).
· the conference fee should be transferred until 10th September 2015.
